This beautiful chapel was built in remembrance of a young boy, who left this world way too young. The chapel is different from all other chapels on Crete, it is impressive both on the outside and on the inside and was built with a lot of hard work and love.
Behind Ammoudaki beach and at the east end of Damnoni beach there is a short but steep walk up to the chapel. Besides the amazing chapel the views over all the beaches below are spectacular.
